Rescued in 2012, Digby lived with his pup-parent Jenny in sunny Brighton, UK. Whilst out walking on Brighton seafront, Digby was introduced to an excitable human called Emma.

Digby and Emma immediately connected as friends and they soon had regular weekly walks together.

The weeks they shared together turned into years. Digby and Emma became great friends. Walking, running and forever exploring the everlasting Brighton seafront.

Digby & Company’s values were inspired by Digby’s approach to life:

Exploring never ends and the further you go, the more adventure there is to be found.
Trust is one of the most important bonds between friends, and where there’s trust, there’s fun.
Calmly asserting shared boundaries through positive reinforcement make it easy for everyone to get along.
And most importantly, kindness creates a happiness only true friends can understand.

Together Digby & Emma dug in the sand, played in the waves, and met many friends along the way.

In 2016, Digby was diagnosed with cancer and sadly went on to explore over the rainbow bridge. Touched by his spirit for adventure, in 2019, Emma founded Digby & Company in Calgary, Canada.
